CONFIRMING RESERVATIONS
To secure your reservation, in addition to a contact telephone number, you will be requested to pay 30% of the total amount of your stay in advance by means of a bank transfer or a credit card whose number, owner’s name and expiry date must be provided.
CANCELLATION POLITY
All reservations cancelled with more of 24 hours before date of arrival, have no charge.
All reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours days before date of arrival or no-shows, will have a 30% penalty of the total amount of the stay reserved.
Cancellations of reservations for dates of Special Events are not refundables.
Cancellation according to the a.m. terms and conditions entitles you to the refund of the deposit through the same way it was done. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, there will be no refund of the 30% deposit.
